Payment Terms: Net 30 days with Approved Credit. All US Bank Credit Cards and Wire Transfers are also accepted.
Freight Charges: We normally ship via UPS ground, and have preferred rates. We prepay and charge but prefer account numbers for air shipments. Orders are shipped the same day if received before 3:00 PM.
Returns: Pre-authorized RMA number required. Many products such as N-Tron must be in unopened sealed box. A 20% re-stocking charge applies.
Warranty: Switches are warranted for three years. Serial numbers are tracked by A T S and switches under warranty are replaced with a factory switch immediately by A T S. A replacement order is requested. Credit is issued upon return and receipt of the defective switch. Drives are warranted for 18 months. Additional time can be negotiated. Serial numbers are tracked on Drives as well.
Drop Ship Policy: A T S will drop ship anywhere within the United States, and we will make it a blind shipment if requested to do so. Contact us in person for shipment costs outside the U.S.
Order Confirmations: A T S will send a sales order copy as confirmation that we have received and processed your purchase order. It can be faxed or emailed. Please state your preference on your purchase order. Invoices are mailed separately.
Stocking: We stock all of the products offered on our line card. Min/Max quantities are determined by volume. Contact our sales department for any special stocking requests you may have.
